Soccer players who celebrate a goal in the European Championship final by removing their shirt will get a yellow card under rules taking effect July 1. World governing body FIFA clarified the regulation approved in February on its Web site. It said that any player who removed his jersey after scoring a goal will be cautioned for unsporting behavior. The rule is designed to end the trend of players pulling their shirt over their head or removing the jersey completely after scoring. It comes into effect on the day of the second European Championship semifinal and three days before the final. 转自搜狐
