　　No.1 Qualification:

　　Age limit:

　　1) Over 18 years of age for the half marathon

　　2) Over 15 years of age for the 10 km race

　　3) Over 15 years of age for the 5 km race

　　No. 2 Registration

　　1、 On-site registration

　　With valid certification and its copy (ID, residence booklet, passport, student card, officer certificate, soldiers card and so on.), participants sould fill out their basic person information and add copies of their valid certification and health certificate as well(above the county level medical institutions). Minors (under 16) need their own signatures and their legal guardians’ signatures on the form.

　　2、Online registration or mail registration

　　Participants would send their registration form to the e-mail Locihmc-a@vip.sohu.com or to the LIHMCOC (Beijing office or Tibet office) by clicking LIHMCOC’s official website and downloading registration form on August 1.

　　Notice:

　　1、Registration can be individual or collective, open-enrollment.

　　2、Organizer would review qualification and issue the within 7 working days. Participants should pay for registration fee after received.

　　3、Participants should register at the LIHMCOC on August 22 in Tibet and would receive the relevant articles and race -Number issued by LIHMCOC.

　　4、Everybody must show their to LIHMCOC, and people without qualification will not be allowed to play.

　　5、Organizer would have right to refuse participant take part in the competition without any announcement of reasons.

　　6、Organizer refuses any form of ad that does not belong to the LIHMCOC.

　　No. 3 Registration Time

　　From May 1, 2009 to August 5, 2009

　　No. 4 Registration fee:

　　1)、Domestic participants 200 RMB (including Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao)

　　2)、Foreign participants 100 $ /per person

　　3)、The Registration fee only be used for race-number， trip , commemorative shirt, drinking water in the race, the fee of Tibet-entry confirmation letter, welcome cocktail party, round-trip air-port transfer, medical care during the competition and insurance (accidental injury insurance and accident medical insurance).

　　4)、Other fee ：

　　Participants need to pay for fee of travel and room by himself.

　　Organizer will appoint service units for player.

　　No. 5 Payment terms

　　Please send your full registration fee to the LIHMCOC in August 5, 2009 by mail or telegraphic transfer and fax the copy of telegraphic transfer receipt to LIHMCOC.
