Aylwin Tai, DBA 戴耀宗，博士

    搜狐体育讯 In 1984, Aylwin Tai was appointed as general manager of the first golf club in China, Chung Shan Hot Spring Golf Club. For the next 10 years he developed the club into one with an international reputation for quality of both the golf course and customer service. He was also responsible for the development of professional golf event - Volvo China Open since 1995 and Ladies Asian Golf Tour since 2006. Dr. Tai is a founder of the National Golf Club's General Managers Conference and now responsible to coordinate the Education Program between CMAA and the Chinese Mangers. Aylwin Tai is well known throughout greater China for his depth of knowledge in the golf industry and is often sought out for advice by golf clubs. Currently he is appointed as visiting professor of Tonji University, advisor & part-time professor of Sun Yat-Sen University.

　　1984年戴耀宗被委任成为了中国第一个高尔夫球场-中山温泉高尔夫球会的总经理。在以后的10年，由其推动下，使该球会发展成为享有国际声誉的高品质球场和服务的俱乐部。戴耀宗还负责发展职业高尔夫球赛，如自1995年到今的VOLVO中国公开赛和2006年开始的女子亚洲高尔夫球巡回赛。戴耀宗博士也是全国高尔夫球总经理联谊会的创建人，而现在开始了与美国俱乐部经理人协会与中国经理人们的教育计划。戴耀宗深知中国高尔夫产业经理人需要更多的知识来丰富自己。当前他被同济大学委任为客座教授，被中山大学委任为顾问及兼职教授。
