Jack Ninemeier, Ph.D.(杰克.尼内梅尔, 博士)

    搜狐体育讯 Dr. Jack Ninemeier is a Professor in The School of Hospitality Business at Michigan State University. His Ph.D. is from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA), Certified Food and Beverage Executive (CFBE), and Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE) as recognized by the American Hotel & Lodging Association. He is also certified as a Foodservice Management Professional (FMP) by the National Restaurant Association.

　　His experience includes more than thirty years of university teaching at Michigan State University and the University of New Orleans, and seven years of service as a state-level administrator of a feeding program serving in excess of 350,000 meals daily. Additionally, Dr. Ninemeier served as Research Consultant for the Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Lodging Association for twelve years.

　　Dr. Ninemeier has been the on-site coordinator of CMAA’s Business Management Institute (BMI) III program since its inception at Michigan State approximately 18 years ago. He assists with the administration of CMAA’s Certified Club Manager (CCM) exam, and is a charter member of its Master Club Manager (MCM) Academic Council.

　　Dr. Ninemeier is the author, co-author, or editor of forty-eight books relating to various aspects of foodservice and healthcare management (including recent hospitality-related books).
