　　Welcome Ceremony for Delegations is going to be held at the square in front of Tianjin Renaissance Hotel at 10:00a.m. on 6. Oct(Sunday). Heads and members of delegates from 9 nations and regions will atttend the ceremony. Please be there before 10:00 a.m. if in need of interview.

　　The Organizing Committee will offer a shuttle bus.
