It is hereby announced that the technical meeting for swimming events of the 6th East Asian Games took place on October 8, 2013. Mr. Shigeo OGATA, technical delegate of swimming events, hosted the meeting. Since all of the swimming teams have requested to change the schedule owing to the tight schedule of two events, sports department amends the schedule as follow:
1. Women’s 200m Butterfly preliminary match will start as the 5th session of the day on October 14 instead of October 10; Women’s 200m Butterfly final match will swap with Men’s 200m Butterfly match, scheduled on October 14.
2. Women’s 400m Freestyle final match will start as the 4th session of the day on October 11 instead of October 13.
3. Men’s 4X100 Medley Relay rally will start as last session of the day on October 13 instead of October 11.
