7. 参赛经费及报名办法
7. The procedure of sign up & the entry fee
7.1参赛经费
7.1.1所有参赛选手在参赛期间入住指定酒店，食宿费用由赛事承办单位承担，住宿为双人标准间，需要单人使用房间的选手需提前上报赛事组委会，并补齐相应差价（约200元人民币/天）；入住非指定酒店的选手，费用自理；个人比赛结束日第二天需办理退房，如需继续入住费用自理。
7.1.2外围赛参赛费为100美元或600元人民币；正赛参赛费为400美元或2400元人民币，由外围赛晋级正赛的选手，补足差额即可。
7.1 Cost
7.1.1 the organizing committee will cover the accommodation for all of the players including rooms and foods during their match. Two players share one room. If you want a separate room, you should pay the extra fee (about 200 RMB per day) for the room. If you want to stay at the unofficial hotel, you need to pay your own cost. The check-out time is on the next day after your match finish.
7.1.2 the entry fee for the qualifiers is USD100 or 600RMB; for the final stage is USD400 or 2400RMB. And the players who qualified for the final stage just need to pay the difference after he/she qualified.

7.2.2行程安排：
A．通报到达中国上海航班信息：国际参赛选手报名后，请于2015年1月10日前将到达中国上海航班信息（航班号、到达日期及时间）通报给上述报名指定联系人或发电子邮件至报名指定邮箱：zstaiqiu@sohu.com。自行前往比赛城市和不在上海中转的国际参赛选手请专门说明。
B．由上海到达比赛城市（江西省玉山县）：自2015年1月20日开始赛事承办单位安排接待人员在上海接送国际参赛选手到达比赛城市（上海至比赛城市的交通费用由赛事组委会承担）。
C．自1月21日起，国际参赛选手可免费入住赛事指定酒店、办理参赛手续。届时，由赛事承办单位接待人员安排国际参赛选手入住指定酒店、交纳报名费、进行参赛登记、引导办理参赛事宜。
7.2.2 Schedules for the foreign players
A．Inform the organizing committee about your flight information: After you entry this event, please email or contact with the contact person about your flight information (which is recommended arrive at Shanghai) to the above email address: zstq@sohu.com before 10th Jan 2015 including your airplane no., arrival dates and time. If you want to go to the event city by yourself or arrive at other cities rather than Shanghai, please make special notes in advance.
B．From Shanghai to event city (Yushan County of Jiangxi Province): From 20th Jan 2015, the organizing committee will arrange staffs in Shanghai to arrange the foreign players to the event city. (The organizing committee will cover the transportation cost from Shanghai to the event place Yushan County).
C．Hotel Check-in: From 21st Jan, the foreign player should stay at the official hotel for free. Our staff will help you Check-in at the official Hotel, pay the entry fee and make registration etc.
7.3参加外围赛国内男子、女子选手的报名办法及行程安排
7.3.1报名确认
A．报名时间：中国台球协会将于2014年12月31日公布“2014年度CBSA中式台球积分男子、女子排名”，男子排名前8、女子排名前4的选手可直接参加正赛，男子排名9－128、女子排名5－64选手可参加外围赛，这些国内男子、女子选手应于2015年1月8日24点前完成报名或不报名确认，剩余名额将依据排名依次递推；对已确认报名但未按时参赛的选手，将取消下一赛季参赛资格。

7.3.1 Sign up procedure
A．Deadline for sign-up: CBSA will give out the final 2014 China Billiard ranking lists on 31st Dec 2014. All of the Chinese players including Men and Women who have the rights to play the qualifiers and final stage need to confirm your enrollment or not of this event before 8th Jan 2015. The remaining places will be recursive according to the ranking. After you confirmed your registration but then withdraw the game, you will not allowed to play for the next season.

A．到达比赛城市（江西省玉山县）：自2015年1月21日开始赛事承办单位安排接待人员在高铁“玉山南站” （2014年12月10日高铁开通）接送国内参赛选手到达比赛指定酒店
B．自1月22日起，国内参赛选手可免费入住赛事指定酒店、办理参赛手续。届时，由赛事承办单位接待人员安排国内参赛选手入住酒店、交纳报名费、进行参赛登记、引导办理参赛事宜。
7.3.2 Schedules for the Chinese players
A．Arrive at Yushan county: From 21st Jan 2015, the organizing committee will arrange staffs at Yushan South Railway Station to arrange the players to the official hotel. (The high bullet train will start to work from 10th Dec 2014)
B．Hotel Check-in: From 22nd Jan, the player should stay at the official hotel for free. Our staff will help you Check-in at the official Hotel, pay the entry fee and make registration etc.

8.竞赛办法
8. Rules of Play
8.1竞赛规则
竞赛规则采用中国台球协会《中式台球比赛规则》，详见中国台球协会官方网站（https://www.cbsa.org.cn）。

8.2比赛赛制
8.2.1外围赛
A．外围赛分为4个组：国际男子组（中国大陆地区以外选手）、国际女子组（中国大陆地区以外选手）、国内男子组（中国大陆地区选手）、国内女子组（中国大陆地区选手）。
B.外围赛采用单败淘汰赛，胜方开球，男子采用17局9胜，女子采用13局7胜。
C．比赛共进行三天，外围赛第一天不设种子选手，第二、三天的比赛均依据前一天的比赛成绩设定若干名为种子选手；每天每组录取进入正赛的选手名额分别是，国际男子组：4名、4名、8名；国际女子组：2名、2名、4名；国内男子组：8名、8名、8名；国内女子组：4名、4名、4名。赛事组委会有权根据报名人数最终决定晋级正赛名额。
8.2 Format of Play
8.2.1 Qualifiers
A．There are 4 qualifying groups: Foreign Men’s Group (outside of China Mainland), Foreign Women’s Group (Outside of China Mainland), China Men’s Group, China Women’s Group
B. The qualifiers use single elimination system. We use best of 17 frames for Men, and best of 13 frames for Women. The winner breaks.
C．The Qualifiers will last for 3 days; the first day don’t have any seeded players. But from the second day, we will have some seeded players according to the first days’ result. And for Foreign Men’s Group, each day we will have top 4, top 4 and top 8 players in this group qualified into the final stage. For example, if you are knocked out at the first day, you still have the chances for the second and third days’ matches. The top 4 qualified for the main event, the others shall continue playing from the start on the next day until another top 4 or 8 players qualified. And the same rules followed by the other groups. The foreign Women’s Group will have top 2, top 2 and top 4 players qualified for the final stage each day. The China Man’s group will have top 8, top 8 and top 8 players qualified for the final stage each day. The China Woman’s Group will have top 4, top 4 and top 4 qualified for the final stage each day.
8.2.2正赛
正赛分两个阶段进行比赛
A． 第一阶段
比赛分为4个组比赛：国际男子组32名（外围赛国际男子组晋级的前16名选手及外卡选手16名）、国内男子组32名（外围赛国内男子组晋级的前24名选手及2014年度CBSA中式台球积分排名男子前8名选手）、国际女子组16名（外围赛国际女子组晋级的前8名选手及外卡选手8名）、国内女子组16名（外围赛国内女子组晋级的前12名选手及2014年度CBSA中式台球积分排名女子前4名选手）。
第一阶段比赛采用分组双败淘汰制，每8人一组，轮流开球。男子采用17局9胜，女子采用13局7胜。国际男子组和国内男子组分别录取各组16名（胜部8名、败部8名）；国际女子组和国内女子组分别录取各组8名（胜部4名、败部4名）进入第二阶段的比赛。
8.2.2 Final Stage
The main event contents two stages
A. Stage One
This stage have four groups too as before:
Foreign Men’s Group (32 players in total, including 16 from qualifiers of Foreign Men’s Group and 16 wild card men players),
China Men’s Group (32 players in total, including 24 from qualifiers of Foreign Men’s Group and top 8 men players according to the 2014 China Billiard men’s rankings from CBSA),
Foreign Women’s Group (16 players in total, including 8 players from the qualifiers of Foreign Women’s Group and 8 wild card women players),
China Women’s Group (16 players in total, 12 players from qualifiers of Foreign Women’s Group and top 4 women players according to the 2014 China Billiard men’s rankings from CBSA)
Stage one we use double elimination format, each team will have 8 players, and they take turns to break. We play best of 17 frames for men, and best of 13 frames for women. The 16 players of both winners and losers bracket from both men’s groups of Foreign and China will go to the stage two. The 8 players of both winners and losers bracket from both women’s groups of Foreign and China will go to the stage two.
B．第二阶段
第二阶段的比赛采用单败淘汰制，轮流开球。国际男子组晋级的16位选手（胜部8名、败部8名）与国内男子组的16位选手（胜部8名、败部8名），共32名选手混合一组进行比赛；国际女子组晋级的8位选手（胜部4名、败部4名）与国内女子组的8位选手（胜部4名、败部4名），共16名选手混合一组进行比赛。
第二阶段比赛，男子组1/16、1/8的比赛，采用21局11胜，1/4和三、四名决赛均采用25局13胜、1/2决赛采用29局15胜、冠亚军决赛采用41局21胜；女子组1/8、1/4的比赛采用17局9胜，三、四名决赛均采用21局11胜、1/2决赛采用25局13胜、冠亚军决赛采用33局17胜。
正赛所有比赛场次均采用限时的办法，每名选手每击出杆限时45秒，剩余10秒提醒一次，剩余5秒开始读秒；每局每名选手可以延时一次，时间为30秒，决胜局不限时。每场比赛每位选手可申请一次暂停，时间为5分钟。
B. Stage Two
We use single elimination system for Stage Two, and the players take turns to break. The stage two will have Mixed ballot between the 16 players from Foreign Men’s Group and 16 players from Chinese Men’s Group, totally we will have 32 men players to play together. And 8 players from Foreign Women’s Group and 8 players from Chinese Women’s Group, totally we will have 16 women players to play for stage 2.
For Men’s matches:
The 1/16 and 1/8 matches will play best of 21 frames.
The 1/4, quarter finals and bronze finals will play best of 25 frames.
The semi-finals will play best of 29 frames.
The final will play best of 41 frames.
For Women’s matches:
The 1/8 match and 1/4 match will play best of 17 frames.
The bronze final will play best of 21 frames.
The semi-finals will play best of 25 frames.
The final will play best of 33 frames.
Each match for the final stage will have time limited for each shot within 45 seconds. The referee will give a reminder when 10 seconds left, then down count from 5 seconds. Each player will have one chance to delay 30 seconds for each frame. No time limited for the decide frame. Each player is allowed to take once break for five minutes during matches.

9.5参加外围赛的国际选手需按时参加1月22日召开的规则技术培训会议，由赛事组委会安排教练员讲解中式台球的技术要点、规则，并可在1月22日、23日进行比赛适应性训练；参加外围赛的国内选手在1月22日（参赛前1天）报到，进行适应性训练，并准时参加1月23日召开的外围赛抽签及技术会议。参加会议时所有球员必须着正装出席。
9.5 The foreign players should attend our Rules of Play Interpretation Conference on 22nd Jan, this is organized by the organizing committee. The coaches will explain the technical points and regulations of China billiard to the players. And the players should take some practice on 22nd and 23rd. The Chinese players for the qualifiers should arrive on 22nd Jan(one day before the matches start) , and take some practices. Then attend the draw pick-up and technical meeting on 23rd Jan. The formal clothes are needed for the players to attend all of the meetings.

11. 奖励办法
11. Price Money
11.1比赛总奖金300.8万元（单位：人民币），其中：
男子奖金185万元，分别为：冠军60万元、亚军30万元、季军15万元、殿军8万元、第5--8名各5万元、第9--16名各2.5万元、第17--32名各1万元、第33--64名各0.5万元。
女子奖金115.8万元，分别为：冠军40万元、亚军20万元、季军10万元、殿军5万元、第5--8名各4万元、第9--16名各1.5万元、第17--32名各0.8万元。
比赛奖金均为税前金额，所有获奖选手由承办单位按照国家税收规定代扣代缴相应税金。
11.2男女子冠军选手获得赛事奖杯，前4名选手均获得中式台球世界锦标赛奖牌及获奖证书
11.1 The total price money is 3.008 Million RMB, include:
Total price money for men players is 1.85 Million RMB, and 1.158 Million RMB for women players. The breakdown is as below:

The above price money is pre-tax; the promoter will pay the relevant tax for the players in China under Chinese Government’s regulation.
11.2 Meanwhile the top 4 players will also get the trophies and award certificates.
12.参赛要求
12.1参赛球员须在赛前20分钟到检录处报到，赛前5分钟到达比赛场地入口，由裁判员带领参赛球员进入比赛场地；裁判长宣布比赛开始后未到场将视为弃权。
12.2参赛选手须按赛会规定着装，男子选手必须着正装参赛，上身穿长袖衬衫、马甲、领结，下身穿黑色或深色西裤，穿正装皮鞋；女子选手可着时装，服装优雅、得体、大方，不允许穿凉鞋或拖鞋；服装不符合要求者禁止参赛。
12.3所有参赛选手必须按时参加抽签仪式和开幕式，男子运动员需着西服正装出席，如无故缺席者将视为弃权；如有特殊情况应提前向赛事组委会赛申请。
12.4对当值裁判裁决不服的申诉需在判罚后双方选手下一击前提出，否则不予受理；如对裁判员的判罚有异议，可向裁判长进行投诉，对裁判长的决定有异议，可向仲裁委员会投诉，仲裁委员会的决定为最终决定。
12.5参赛选手参加比赛期间，未经组委会批准不得参加商业赛事和宣传活动，选手佩带的商业标识须佩带在左右胸前，并不得超过4块，其中3块为赛事组委会指定胸标，1块为个人代言胸标（不得佩带与比赛指定用品同行业的企业标识）。
12.6遵守赛会纪律，服从赛会安排；比赛场馆内禁止吸烟，参赛球员禁止携带移动电话进入场地，在比赛进行中禁止场外指导，如出现违反赛会规定和不文明的行为，裁判员应给予警告，再次出现判罚技术犯规。
12.7严禁酗酒和任何形式的赌博行为，严禁任何违法乱纪和有悖道德伦理的行为，违反者将被取消参赛资格。
12.8对于不遵守赛会规定被判为技术犯规的球员，第一次出现警告一次，第二次出现判负一局，第三次出现取消比赛资格。
12. Requirements
12.1 Players must be arrive at the tournament office in prior 20 minutes before your match start, and get ready at the player’s entrance 5 minutes before his appointed match time. If the player doesn’t show up after 5 minutes the head of referee announce the match is on, he will lose this frame, and more than 10 minutes means he give up the match.
12.2 Each player’s attire must always meet the level of the competition and be clean, proper and in good condition. Men may wear a regular collared shirt with a long sleeve, waistcoat and bow tie. It must be in a good condition and clean. Dress pants will be clean and in good condition and in black or dark color. Shoes must be elegant dress shoes that fit in the outfit. Women may wear a shirt, an elegant top, a dress, a blouse or a polo shirt. T-shirts are not permitted. Dress pants will be clean and in good condition and may be of any color. Denim/blue jeans of any color are forbidden even though a jeans design is allowed. Female athletes may wear a skirt that must cover the knees. Shoes must be elegant dress shoes that fit in the outfit. Sandals and slippers are forbidden. The players are forbidden to play if their clothes don’t meet the requirements.
12.3 All of the players must attend the opening ceremony and pick up draws. Formal suites are required for the men players to attend the opening and closing ceremony. And other special requirements need to inform the organizing committee in advance.
12.4 If the player wants to protest against that ruling, he may contact the referee before the next shot is made. And if the player had problems with the referee, he can contact with the head referee and after that the arbitration commission. In any regular tournament, the arbitration commission’s decision is binding and final.
12.5 During the event, the players cannot attend other commercial events or promotional activities without the permission from the organizing committee. The logo badges the player should wear when they play are less than four, 3 of them are the logos authorized by the promoters. The other one should be the player’s personal sponsor’s logo, but cannot be the competitor’s logo against the official equipment.
12.6 The players should comply with the regulations of the organizing committee. No smoking and cellphones in the venue. If there is any inappropriate behaviors have done by the players, the referees have the right to give him officially warning. If it happens again, the referees have the right to give technical fouls to this player.
12.7 Gambling or alcohol abuse is not acceptable. Any unlawful or against moral and ethical behavior is prohibited, and the organizing committee will cancel his qualification for play.
12.8 For non-compliance behaviors with the provisions of the tournament, the player will be given warning for the first time, sentenced to lose this frame for the second time, and disqualified for the third time.
