一年之计在于春!

  

  1.100天的计划

  这个计划可不只是为了新年的来表一表决心用的。要2018年的第1100天制定具体的,可实现的,而且有意义的目标。比如:不要用“我要吸引更多的客户或马主加入俱乐部”这样泛泛之词,而是要承诺在二月内要引入三个新客户。然后努力去实现它!

  2.重新审视你的商业计划

  经营一个能盈利的俱乐部是非常具有挑战性的。不断增加的饲料、谷物、燃料和土地成本,人工成本,再加上不断上升的客户期望,要求俱乐部的经营者要在客户满意度和盈利能力之间保持微妙的平衡!商业计划能为俱乐部经营者提供指导,对于可预见的和不可预见的情况做好提前的预料和准备。

  3.组织与条理
