Grand champion Asashoryu is leading a squad of 91 sumo stars in a two-day exhibition in Shanghai this week, the second leg of a tour marking the sport's first appearance in China in more than three decades. Other big names, including Ozekis Chiyotaikai and Musoyama, will also join in the events, staged to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of direct flights between Japan and China. The wrestlers arrived in Shanghai Monday after similar exhibitions in Beijing over the weekend. The exhibitions on Wednesday and Thursday are to include displays of sumo wrestling moves and practice sessions with local children, along with exhibition matches. (Photo source:AP) 转自搜狐
