Two Chinese women's players have advanced in the Wimbledon mixed doubles with their foreign partners.

　　On day 7 of the third Grand Slam of the year, China's Sun Tiantian and Argentina's Gaston Etlis, defeated an Argentine pair 6-3 and 7-5 to enter the last 16.

　　The Sino-Argentine pair, the 14th seeds of the tournament, will next meet the 4th seeds, Sweden's Jonas Bjorkman and Rennae Stubbs of Australia.

　　Also on Monday, Yan Zi paired with South African veteran Chris Haggard in the first round, winning over a Belgian-Croat duo.

　　The pair will challenge the top pair of the tournament, India's Mahesh Bhupathi and Elena Likhovtseva of Russia in the 2nd round.
