The several months in summer are all very hot. Training and exercising in such weather is uncomfortable.
Sports experts suggest:
1 Know about yourself. Be relaxed in hot weather.
2 Drink a lot. Drink a big glass of water every hour. Have a glass before running.
3 If poosible, stop to have water during running. And spread some water on your neck, face and head to cool yourself.
4 When running in morning, you can avoid hot sunlight but should face heavy humidness. And vice versa at afternoon. Compare the above two, and choose the one which is better for you. You must avoid training between 11:30 am and 4:00 pm, because you should fight against both heat and humidness at this period of time.
5 Better to wear loose clothes. Choose a route with more shades and bring a couple bottles of water with you.
