　　3、 中国公益彩票教育和就业基金

　　中国公益彩票教育和就业基金由王薛红博士发起并筹建，下设中国公益彩票退役运动员教育和就业基金、中国公益彩票退伍军人教育和就业基金以及其他项目基金。

基金的成立旨在依托北大彩票所的师资优势，免费向退役运动员和退伍军人等群体提供彩票专业知识培训，协助他们在彩票行业内就业，达到授之以渔的目标，同时减轻政府部门的压力，推动和谐社会的建设。

　　基金的启动得到了国内、外有关政府部门、彩票发行机构、彩票业知名企业、众多社会知名人士及各大媒体的大力支持。基金秘书处设立于北大彩票所，负责基金的各项工作，并面向国内外各类机构及个人募集资金，以支持更多退役运动员和退伍军人的教育和就业事业。

　　3、 Lottery Fund for Education and Employment

　　Lottery Fund for Education and Employment was originated by Dr. Wang Xuehong, including three kind of fund as Lottery Fund for Education and Employment of the Retired athletes, Lottery Fund for Education and Employment of the demobilized soldiers, and other program funds. The purpose is playing the strengths of CCLS, provide the professional lottery education to the retired athletes and demobilized soldiers in order to help them obtain employment in lottery industry, easing the government’s pressure and improving the building of a harmonious society.

　　The startup of the fund receives strong support from related government departments, lottery operators, famous enterprises, important Medias. Secretariat of the fund is set up in CCLS which will be responsible for the works of the fund. The Fund begins the Fund-raising work towards to the whole society in 2007, so as to give more support to the education and employment fund for Retired athletes and demobilized soldiers.
