2011 CPGA Q-School Rules and Notice

　　Any overseas player wishing to participate in China PGA Champions Tour has to compete in this Q school and be awarded with full card or half card qualification for fundamental events.

　　Exemptions:

　　(1)The top 10 ranked overseas players on our annual Order of Merit (exclusively for overseas players) will be exempted as the Regular Members with Full Card for the following season provided the player attends 50% or more events in current season.

　　(2)The champion of each event will be exempted as a Regular Member with Full Card for the 2 seasons immediately after provided the player meets the requirement of 50% or more attendance of our events for each and every season.

　　(3)The top 10 ranked overseas players on our Order of Merit will have chances to participate in OneAsia events with purse more than USD1 million.

　　1、Entry requirement

　　a) All overseas professional golf players and coaches.

　　b) All overseas amateur golf players with a handicap of 2 (max 2.4) under the handicapping scheme from their country of entry.

　　c) All professional golfers from Hongkong/Macau/Taiwan.

　　Note: All qualified overseas players for 2010 professional golf events in China are also required to attend this Q school for 2011 China PGA Champions Tour fundamental events.

　　2、Date/City

　　City: Hainan China

　　Dates: 28th February - 6th March 2011

　　3、Format

　　The Q School will be conducted in stroke play of 72 holes. After 72 holes play (4 rounds), the top 30 players with least strokes will be awarded Regular Members (Full Card) and the 5 players following (ranking 31st to 35th positions) will be awarded Associate Members (Half Card). In the case of any tied scores, it will be determined in following order.

　　(1) the best last 18 holes

　　(2) the best last 36 holes

　　(3) the best last 9,6,3,2 and1 holes(holes 10-18)

　　Players are advised that every effort will be made to complete 4 rounds but a result will be declared if only 3 rounds is possible.

　　Note: In case of players participating exceeds expected numbers, China PGA Champions Tour Organizing Committee reserves its right to extend the event for another 2 days with 36 holes stroke play, i.e., after 72 holes, the field will be cut to a reasonable number of players to compete for the final 35 positions (30 full cards and 5 half cards).

　　4、Entry fee

　　All application will ONLY be considered after the entry fee of USD800/person is received.

　　6、Closing date

　　11th February 2011

　　7、Withdrawals

　　All withdrawals must be notified in writing to DYM Int’l Sports Development Holdings Ltd.

　　1、 If a withdrawal is notified prior to closing date, USD 400 will be refunded.

　　2、 If a withdrawal is notified after the closing date and before the competition day, USD 200,will be refunded.

　　3、 If a player is absent from the competition without notification, no refund will be given and he may be punished subject to circumstances.

　　8、Notification of Acceptance of Entry and Event Information

　　Once an entry is accepted, a letter of acceptance with event information will be sent to the player by email to the address stated in his entry form. The organizing committee holds no responsibility of informing players all relevant information. It’s players obligation to find all information about the event. Once a venue is confirmed for the event, there will be no change afterwards.

　　9、General rules

　　China PGA Champions Tour reserves the right to change or amend format, conditions, event schedule, and reject entry application at anytime.

　　10、Venue: HAINAN Kangle Golf Course

　　All players should fly to Haikou Airport, Hainan, China.

　　11、Official Hotel: HNA Spa & Golf Resort, Xinglong, Hainan, China

　　Room Rate: RMB380/per room/per night

　　Room Type: King Size Bed and Twin Beds, breakfasts included for 2 people each room

　　Airport Transfers: The distance between Haikou Airport and Hainan Kangle Golf Course is about 175km and takes about 2 hours by coach each way. Airport pick up and drop off will be provided to all players at a cost of RMB100/person each way. Timetable will be provided before the tournament.

　　12、2011 China PGA Champions Tour Event Schedule (6-8 events)

　　Event 1: 14th -17th April 2011 (venue to be notified)

　　Event 2: 19th -22nd May 2011 (venue to be notified)

　　Event 3: 23rd -26th June 2011 (venue to be notified)

　　Event 4: 11th -14th August 2011 (venue to be notified)

　　Event 5: 22nd -25th September 2011 (venue to be notified)

　　Event 6: 13th -16th October 2011 (venue to be notified)

　　Event 7: 3rd -6th November 2011 (venue to be notified)

　　Event 8: Dates and Venue to be notified

　　All event date/venue will be subject to final approval.

　　Prize: Prize money for each event is between US$200,000 and USD1 million. The organizing committee will notify in advance for any change on prize money and event schedule.

　　All players qualified to participate in China PGA Champions Tour will be awarded a membership card and a pag for each after his membership agreement is signed.

　　The Organizing Committee reserves the right at all times to alter, vary or amend any of the Rules, Regulations, Procedures and Conditions set out herein.

　　　　2011 China PGA Champions Tour Qualifying School

　　Notice

　　China PGA Champions Tour is hosted by China Golf Association and organized by DYM International Sports Development Co. Ltd. It is the top level professional tour in China. There are 6 to 8 events in 2011 season with purses range from US$200,000 to US$1,000,000.

　　2011 China PGA Champions Tour Qualifying School will be held at Hainan China between

　　28th February and 6th March 2011. All overseas professional golfers (including those from Hongkong/Macau/Taiwan) and overseas amateur golf players with a handicap of 2 (max 2.4) are welcome to attend. A total of 35 cards are allocated exclusively for overseas players. Among all, the top 30 players are Regular Members with full cards to compete in all fundamental events, and the 5 players following are Associate Members with half cards entitled for 50% events. A membership must be signed for all players qualified before being permitted to participate in any event.

　　Exemptions:

　　(1)The top 10 ranked overseas players on our annual Order of Merit (exclusively for overseas players) will be exempted as the Regular Members with Full Card for the following season provided the player attends 50% or more events in current season.

　　(2)The championship of each event will be exempted as the Regular Members with Full Card for the 2 seasons following provided the play meets the requirement of 50% or more attendance of our events for each and every season.

　　(3)The top 10 ranked overseas players on our Order of Merit will also have chances to participate in OneAsia events with purse more than USD1 million.

　　China nationality players will compete for a separate quota of 55 cards (45 Regular Members and 10 Associate Members).
