Information of Hotels for the Media

　　Dear Media Friends,

　　This April, we distributed The 6th East Asian Games Media Accreditation Guide together with other relevant materials since the media accreditation started. According to the Guide, the hotels for the media are Tianjin Meidu Hotel, Tianjin Century Hotel and Tianjin King Hall Hotel. The Hotels are open to accrediated Media between October 1 to 16, 2013. We kindly ask the accredited media to complete The 6th East Asian Games Application Form for Hotel Reservations of the Media and send the Form to the Department of Media & Communications, TEAGOC via fax or email at your earliest convenience. We will make proper arrangements based upon the time sequence of the submission of the Form, and give you prompt feedback if the hotels cannot meet the demands before we jointly agree on adjustments.
